Have you not been to a CommsHero event yet?

Have you not been to a CommsHero event yet?

If you haven’t you’ve missed out on a phenomenon. At CommsHero you will be pushed out of your comfort zone, challenged to stretch yourself, and given the confidence to push your ideas through. And it’s that last point which is most important to me. There’s nothing worse than finding yourself marooned outside your comfort zone without the support of a community of like-minded people.

“Comms Hero is a day of extreme excitement where even the most hardened cynics (and Brian Church) end the day having donned superhero masks and capes, where the masses rally round in singing the theme tune, and delegates’ colleagues left back in the office turn green with envy.”

I’ve spoken at past events, and that’s been a fabulous experience, but this time I will be donning another hat (or maybe cape) as roving social reporter for the day. I will be making sure the world is even more aware than usual of what it is missing out on by not being in the room where the Comms Hero magic happens. I will be capturing the excitement of the day in video, photographs, interviews and soundbites, so look out for it all on the #commshero hashtag on Twitter, Instagram, Vine and elsewhere. And, if you are lucky enough to be a Comms Hero delegate, be prepared to be challenged, interviewed, and to have even more fun than you might have thought possible. And, you will be tweeting, Instagramming, and Vineing more than you ever have before.

See you on May 13th.
