Session overview: Post-it notes over perfection: How an Agile mindset can transform your comms career

Agile thinking and project delivery is often thought of as a mystical world of Trello boards, post-it notes and chaos that should be kept in the IT department, but having an agile mindset when it comes to comms, PR and marketing is often the difference between ‘this is how we always do it’ and ‘how could we do it better?’.
In this session government communications specialist, Charli Bevan explores how Agile can enhance your career opportunities, team culture and comms delivery.
