I’ve been working in communications for over 19 years now for companies including the University of London, Phones4You, the British Heart Foundation and Citizen Housing. Currently Head of Communications and Marketing at GreenSquareAccord. 

The pandemic has changed the way we work forever. How do we now bring colleagues together in a sustainable, subtle way given the challenging nature of work? 
 
With over 25,000 homes and a geographical reach from Newcastle to Salisbury delivering the first ever GreenSquareAccord colleague conference and awards was certainly a challenge!  
 
We delivered a hybrid event in June 2023 which we felt met the needs of our diverse 2,500+ workforce comprising of an in-house repairs and maintenance team, a care and support team which cover over 100 schemes, an off-site manufacturing facility and an in-house design, construction, and sales team.
