Session overview: Growing commercial efforts in a non-commercial setting
This session will look at how Communications teams can support and lead income growth within organisations that are traditionally not commercial e.g. local authorities and charities. Rosanna will explain how she’s used her experience working in advertising and business development to help grow marketing and commercial functions within a leading UK children’s charity and local authority. Her session will cover how to embed a marketing mind set, how to identify potential income streams, and how to build the case for a business development unit/function.
