During Covid, communications teams quickly adapted and found new ways of reaching audiences to change behaviours and inform. This included new tactics such as programmatic communications, mobile digital advertising boards, new ways of engagement and better use of other digital platforms. Teams were also agile and responsive to changing demands.
Although Covid isn’t completely gone, it is no longer the focus and teams have gone back to business as usual. Or have they? In this session we will discuss if leaders and teams are still putting into practice their learning from Covid? Or if they have reverted to type?
