In this session, Marya suggests looking at internal comms in a whole new way, moving from one-way
‘communications’ to two-way ‘conversations’. In external comms, social media and listening tools have long allowed for two-way conversations, and new tools and practices have now opened the door for internal comms to be able to follow suit. Marya unveils the how organizations can engage with their employees by adopting some of the methods from a community management approach, and will share how some of her clients, such as the NHS and Stagecoach, have done so in order to have happier, more connected employees.
