Richard Flaherty

Richard is responsible for all things creative at Resource, heading up the agency’s creative and strategic offering.

With a strong passion for brand building, Richard works in a close and consultative capacity with clients to deliver creative solutions to their unique challenges.

An ‘agency’ man through and through, he has been working with household brands across multiple sectors for over 20 years. A creative thinker that’s not afraid to tackle the impossible, Richard has enjoyed award winning success with the likes of William Hill, Asda, and LNER whilst also helping a range of new start-ups to develop their brand and story.

A ‘jack of all trades’ by his own admission, Richard is a natural integrated marketeer – allowing him to always advise his clients of the best approach for them – regardless of channel.

Richard is also a guest lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, where he teaches brand advocacy and strategy to business school undergraduates.

Out of the office, you’ll find Richard in the kitchen where he combines his love of cooking and drinking of red wine.
