Matt Batten

I’m an experienced communications and engagement professional with a passion for helping churches thrive. I’m currently the Director of Communication and Outreach at the Diocese of Llandaff, Church in Wales. I lead the communication and outreach team.

Prior to this I specialised in employee engagement, internal communication and organisational development for a leading UK nursing union.

I live in Cardiff, I’m learning Welsh and I love Star Trek and Stevie Nicks.
