Barbara Phillips

Barbara is a skilled, experienced communications leader who enables organisations to create inclusive racially aware cultures that reward and recognise ethically productive behaviour. She creates impactful, transformative, programmes through storytelling and applies trusted, technology- focused methodologies and execution.

Barbara is also an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) certified, coach, an accredited mediator and a current sitting Magistrate. She has worked with social enterprises and community organisations for the last 25 years and has a special interest in removing the barriers to racial equity in the UK education and justice systems
