Productivity and feeling like you’re moving forwards is a big topic at the moment. This session is designed to spend some time looking at ourselves, understanding why we do some of the things we do. We will explore techniques to help you move forward and understand why you may have become stuck in a productivity rut in the first place. We’ll talk about the science behind it all, delve into the theories about procrastination and more importantly, the plans and actions for you to use back in the day-to-day.
