Steve has more than a decade of experience leading the communications functions at housing organisations. After moving into communications and PR after a career as a newspaper journalist he led communications for the Chartered Institute of Housing and has subsequently overseen award-winning transformations of the communications functions at Citizen and GSA. Steve has become a leading voice on communication within the social housing and not-for-profit sectors and regularly speaks on national platforms to share his insight and experience.
